The Story:

In 2018 a new mum craving a sugary treat baked the very first Blondie Bakery Blondie…

It was love at first bite and too good not to be shared with friends and family. After repeated requests for another blondie hit from all who tried them and being spurred on by a very supportive friends, this sleep deprived mum decided to start offering the bakes for sale to the general public.

What follows is a journey that couldn’t have been dreamt up…

Orders began to trickle in, word spread of Blondie Bakery and as the customer base expanded so did the menu.

An original 3 flavours transformed into 12 with the addition of Blondie pies, Blondie bombs and Blondie cakes.

In 2020 as the world stayed indoors a solo baker embarked on a one woman mission to keep up with an extraordinary amount of orders whilst facing stock shortages, parenting, zoom quizzes and generally learning how to manage a business bigger than she ever could have imagined.

Fast forward to present day the business has gone from strength to strength with the first location opening and another in the pipe line.

Blondie Bakery has become a local staple recognised across the region and very soon will become available across the country.
